This is a beautifully well made, organic, unbleached cotton cloth, (that cleans easily and softens with age, too by the way).  Use it for everything from draining milk kefir into labneh, straining nut milk, making bouquet garni and making little tea and spice bags for your kombucha, a ball of rice for your Doburoku, and to top your kombucha or mead jars. 

(We used a piece to drip coffee through when we ran out of papers and it worked perfectly).

This is 100% organic cotton cheesecloth! Whilst cotton covers 2.5% of the world's cultivated land it uses over 16% of the world's insecticides. The use of child labour in cotton harvesting is also a significant issue so we were certainly happy to find a cloth that was free of both and works well for so many different uses.
